  • Aegis Agents: The collective term for the autonomous system, comprising Chatbot Agents and AutoFi Agents.

  • AutoFi: Automated Finance. The use of automated systems to manage financial positions and lifecycle.

  • User Address: The external wallet address (EOA or Smart Wallet) used to sign in.

  • Smart Address: The dedicated ERC-4337 account created by Aegis for each user to hold investment assets.

  • Agent Address: The backend controller address that manages the Smart Address.

  • Instrument: A specific yield opportunity (e.g., Aave USDC Pool) within an integrated protocol.

  • Strategy: A high-level risk configuration (e.g., Conservative) that dictates which Instruments are eligible for investment.

  • Points: A quantitative unit measuring user participation and capital contribution over time.

  • Nonce: A count of transactions sent from an address, used by Aegis as a metric for address activity/credibility.

  • PV (Portfolio Value): The total value of assets held by a User Address, used as a secondary credibility signal for Sybil resistance.

  • TVL (Total Value Locked): The total amount of assets deposited in a specific DeFi protocol or instrument.
